According to what I’ve read, they stopped the 5GHz expansion and are looking 
hard at 60GHz.  The division is floundering with no clear strategy and poor 
technical advice.

So they are no longer expanding to new areas?  Not adding new customers?  Or 
turned the network and existing customers off?

Yes, solar is separate division.
Solar was going to sell, but the buyer has some questionable financials so the 
deal died.
Vivint broadband died due to a crappy homegrown radio platform.
They may be trying to retool but they lost some good talent.
