You need to start building out here, the site we brought online recently,
the property owner wanted to know things like how much he would need to pay
us extra for our equipment being on his bin, and how much it would cost him
for us to just run the electric to our enclosure instead of hiring an
electrician. I was really tempted to make him a really sweet deal if he
just paid in cash each month and I would pick of the payments persoanlly
