You are correct Chuck, and ironically if you look back you will find that the 
'dictators' getting replaced are the very same ones which were put in place by 
us (CIA), as replacement to then democratically elected Gov.

The nation building, spread of democracy does not work, simply because, under 
the previous dictatorship, all the elements required to have a functional 
democracy have been systematically cleansed !.... so it is only logical that a 
power vacuum is created everytime a dictator is removed, and all the people
