He only went to 100'.  Parachute isn't any good at that height.  There's 
clearly a hose going down his leg from the pack on his back.  Check out 
1:40-1:45 of the video in stop frame.   Also notice at the beginning of the 
video the guy on the right side of the screen appears to have some type of fuel 
pack with a hose (presumably to refill).

Looks legit to me.
