When you want to replicate this setup, I have the lots already to go. Will
supply the land.

It is not sold as attended although I just built a new building for my
remaining business and we are out there 5 days a week. Again, not sold as
attended. We have trade or shop spaces for 50 cents a sqft per month. Each
1000 sqft has a walk through and 12x14 foot door. Buildings are 40x125, 5
spaces each and we build the interior separating walls once a tenant signs the
contract. Some people want 2 or 3 spaces. Each single unit has its own meter
and we tie them together if you want more than one so you don't have to get two
meters.
Same location we have a 90x150 building for 20 RV's. It is basically a very
large shed with the front and back open. Roof and sides is all. Each of those
12.5x45 foot spaces rent for $100 a month plus $25 for a 10 amp electrical only
for charging use.
Other spaces like boat storage and the like go for $130. I don't do regular
storage units as I don't want to dick with selling off crap every weekend to
some storage war wannabe.

We have not yet opened as our code gate will install this week and I have 5
spaces leased out of one of the trade buildings and 10 RV contracts let
already. So far so good.

Is this an unattended storage business? I certainly have the land for
something like that.
Just some fencing and I would probably be good to go.

I have a storage business and that charges $40 per month per vehicle. It has
locked gates and a fence though.

When I rented out dirt at the airport for the city we charged 50 cents a
foot a year for the dirt and we kept anything they put on it that didn't have
wheels at our option and if we didn't want it they had to move it.

They do this allot here for trucking companies.... Ask around and
base it on that. Usually in outskirts of town or industrial areas close to

...maybe even wee fee

A guy wants to rent some vacant ground to park trunks on in a
small industrial park I own. The lots are all tied up in the big lawsuit with
my friends at the other end of the street, but I am free to rent them.

I wonder what a good price would be to rent out vacant ground
like that for staging trucks?
