We cannot even get on IFR radar below 15-16K here. Oxygen is just part of
flying in the clouds. I used to have a rig where I could refill the ships tank
with O2.
I have been to FL240 with the T210.

Yikes! No turbos. Everything is at sea level here. Everything does take off
like a rocketship though. Turbos around here are great only if you are in the
A&P business. but in your terrain they sound like a must have. I did fly a few
long trips at 18k but sometimes its just not worth going up there from 0 and I
don't like the o2 tubes. Most of the time 10-12k.

All you really need these days is good steam gauges, radios, and a couple of
iPad's with xavion and foreflight and a bluetooth GPS. Weather via bluetooth
ADSB.
I'll make a special deal for WISPS ;) - Twin Comanche. 202MPH cruise (176
knots) burning 16 GPH total. Or throttle back to 175MPH cruise burning 11.7 GPH
(yes, that is about 5.8gph per side at 10k feet!). All the speed mods on it,
C/R props, and a nice interior with TV's in the headrests for your installers
to watch how to videos in the back before the job!
