[AFMUG] Cambium Support

When you open a ticket at the Cambium support site, are you supposed to 
get an email confirmation of the ticket?  I've tried opening tickets for 
EPMP GPS issues (probably the same one everyone else has), but haven't 
heard anything back, and I'm not sure if my tickets are really going 
through.
