It’s all about numbers.  That $500 tower for zig generated over $3,000 in 
revenue a month.  We were at 275 feet.  Didn’t make sense to build our own 
because we needed the height.   Another tower generated over 6k in revenue and 
cost $700 a month. Both were American Tower sites.

These were in counties where zoning for any tower over 40 feet was crazy.  We 
are talking million dollar homes and towers were unsightly.  Sure, you can make 
the argument that $700 a month would pay for a tower.  But, building costs $ 
and time too.  We figured it would be 18 months before a tower was profitable 
in those instances.  No zoning, no permits, no hassle.  Pay the money and 
install customers.

At the same time we had towers we traded service or paid $1 a foot.
