We had one that automated his speed test and when it dropped below what he
was paying for it sent us a notice.

Damn.
It sounds like they have a lot of connectivity issues for whatever reason. I
don't know if it's their office, datacenter, provider(s), etc.
Either that, or you guys are just hyper sensitive everytime it doesn't
instantly respond. :) Like customers and Netflix/Facebook!
