Don't have any long-term data on this as we haven't deployed them in the field yet, but we are going to use SWIFT style splice on connectors and the Ilsintech F1 all in one splicer to splice them on. I think Brand name Swift connectors run about $5 each but connectors for 3mm cable are about a buck a piece from China. They are not pre-stripped and cleaved so you need an auto stripper and a cleaver that works for them. You can use the multi-pack-f to strip/cleave and then another splicer to splice as long as the connector splice holder works with your splicer. We are looking at doing a ton of drops in MDUs so cost per connector was the driver and the cheaper connectors pay for an auto stripper in short order.
