I just ran the figures on this on.  For fiber it came in about $4K per dwelling 
due to the lack of density and super remote location.

  How many 450 APs would it take to give everyone a 30 Mbps fiber experience?
  Say everyone is doing a netflix each evening, so that is going to be 2 APs 
minimum.  
  10 SMs per AP would probably do it?  

  What are 450 SMs and APs going for these days?
