I was looking for a spare channel to use today for a backhaul and saw something at around -75 peak to -85 normal. I couldn't pick out what direction it came from with a dish, so maybe it could be our building. Obviously the 3.65 band goes up to 3700. So what else would be utilizing the upper part? Gov't, dumbasses. peckerwoods?
