US to Mexico only 23GHz is allowed but who follows rules these days? Tons of 5GHz stuff plus some 24GHz and 3.65Ghz that I know are used by WISPs and business in our downtown area. Not sure on other licensed stuff used illegally but I am sure its there. Canadians don't need wireless...too busy being mellow
