Well, if Nate’s L3 numbers are out, mine should be too.  It seems that it’s
not 100% down but not 100% up either.  Not sure if it’s intermittent, or
problems to certain carriers, or what.

 

Seems like calls between L3 numbers work for us, and outbound calls work
because VI uses a pool of carriers for termination.  Customers are reporting
some inbound calls are working but I haven’t been able to pin down the
pattern.
