Sounds good.  The Tycon TP-POE-48 is passive 48 volt.

48 volts. Any two pairs positive, other two pairs negative. You can also do 1 
pos, 1 neg if not using the aux POE out. 802.3at compliant. Or passive 
injection which is what most of us do.
