[AFMUG] LTS DVR password reset

Hola!
Got a call to assist in resetting password on LTS DVR.   I can access the
DVR login menu using the SADP tool and get code but several email requests
 to ltssecurity.com have not been answered.
Any way to crack it...
Never worked on LTS DVR before...thanks
