Many moons ago, I did an ex parte with the OET and suggested this current goofy
scheme of database and push and authorizations etc. The whole freaking 9
yards.

Not sure if I am the author of the cobblefuckery or not, there may have been
other like minded people suggesting the exact same thing prior to me.

So, not sure if I should be proud or not. I had a TVWS experimental license at
the time.

Oh...so the opposite of the end. They're averting the end.
The danger of skimming.

“By this Order, we waive the push notification requirements”

So, looks like they are essentially staying that rule until they can get more
comments etc.

"Therefore, under our rules, all currently approved white space devices would
be required to cease operation no later than December 23, 2016 absent
Commission action."

  Is this the end?
