I am surprised at the fact that the autopilot was a good 1-2 seconds ahead of myself noticing anything wrong. I can only guess that the radar was tracking the car ahead of the red one and knew that the red one was closing on it. I think that perhaps there was a reflection from the car ahead of the red one that was tracked. You can kinda imagine you can see that car to the left of the red car.
