Pasternack had a falling out with owners/employees/partners/founders.... something and a new company sprung up a few blocks away.
Catalog was practically identical. I called them and got the story as to why and what, but have since forgot. In any event, they knew the sources so it was easy to replicate the company. I used to think they made all their own stuff too, but I guess not.
