There's a corning CCH 1U panel that holds two CCH adapter plates. You
should be able to find it for a reasonable cost from US distributors. Don't
accept the listed price, the difference between full list price and actual
price that ISPs pay for these is huge.

There's room in the back for service loop coil of fiber and a couple of
splice trays.

Each CCH adapter plate can be 12-strands as six, SC/UPC duplex couplers, or
24-strands as twelve LC/UPC duplex couplers.

You can also get generic CCH sized adapter plates from fiberstore and
similar sources if you don't want to buy the official ones.
