I think the real-world limit is about 12k PPS on the regular 450 AP.
From what I've seen anyway.

Sounds like it might be just a bit to much to handle it. This tower
is not very loaded up so i cant show you much over 50mb throughput but
they run like at 50% frame utilization and i have not seen any latency
issues.

You're using 450i correct?� In testing, our regular 450 in 30MHz
size seems to choke at capacity + ping times begin to spike.
