Emphasis on screw terminals. Not a Molex connector that requires a
special tool. Sorry Telrad.
My beef with the Molex connector approach is that it would be a huge
problem field terminate that. When we transitioned from an older Wimax
model to the Compact, we had to run a new power cable every time, and
now we have a bunch of dead weight power cables on the tower.

Vendors... If you're listening, a radio with an SFP port that you
still have to power over 802.3af/802.3at PoE and a cat5e cable is not a
real carrier grade solution. It needs to have screw terminals for a
-48VDC connection, same as any proper carrier grade full outdoor
licensed PTP radio.
