The older AR-HP used 5vDC PoE (and they would smoke of you plugged in 24v... ), but the new ones are all 24v - they come with the same PoE as all the other airmax radios. The non-HP airrouters may have had a barrel connector... it's been awhile since I've used one, so I'm not sure what they've got.
