If you have commercial vehicle insurance and are not currently doing pre-employment drug tests and drivers record checks, I think you will find that the fine print of your insurance contract states that your coverage is null/void without pre qualification of every driver. Not a thing you want to discover when somebody crashes a 3/4 ton van and causes $45,000 of damage plus liability for third parties' medical bills.
