The person to blame is the one that leaked details of the action to the bad guys. They walked into a setup. This was long planned under Obama.
How do you not know that Obama did not leak it to make Trump look bad? Or Hillary? Somebody in the know leaked it. He blamed our military. He is the Commander. Therefore he is blaming himself irrespective of his words. The guy certainly has no grace or class when it comes to things like this.
