i think ABC is designator survivor's problem. i think it would do well on
another network with the....influence
either way, i'm giving it a shot.
i am thinking 24 and homeland are two of the best suspenseful shows ever made...

I expect Dar will get out by cutting deal. Mr. Talk Radio will go down.
President will try to start a war somewhere that does not go well.

  Losing interest in Designated Survivor.

I’m glad we got a glimpse of Saul finding Carrie’s war room in her house.
Gives me hope that the hunt will start again. As for Quinn dying, really sucked
and kinda makes me angry at the show. I show they were pushing him to recover
as I saw tiny clues that he would come back from the stroke.

Yeah, apparently Dar had created the whole sock puppet unit and the talk
radio guy took over too much.

The president is being handled by her chief of staff who it appears has all
the power. She doesn’t know who to trust and he is using this mistrust to
clean house and install folks loyal to him. That is what I am expecting.

Could go in the direction that Carrie now becomes an adversary to the
president to get Saul cleared etc.

Too bad they killed off Quinn.

You gotta wonder how much of the show was already in the can when the
election happened.

so - who thinks maybe the madam-president-elect might have been in on her own
assassination attempt in order to take out so many of the people she holds
responsible for slandering her son's memory? maybe she wants to be a
dictator...she sure seemed emotionless in the final scenes.

reading in between the lines - writers of homeland aren't happy clinton
wasn't elected and they're having to "save face" what better way to change the
direction of the season and setup for the next season or two? (i've heard it
has already been renewed at least two more seasons)

in hind sight, she did seem completely surprised by the whole assassination
attempt and was only saved because (get this) dar called...

yes - you read that right - dar saved her life.

  wow.
