Last week I was asking for help bonding two 10 G links.  Turns out, the Cyan 
DWDM equipment has a LACP packet reject filter that is defaulted to ON.  This 
after a week of them blaming Cisco, the fiber, the optics, the signal level and 
every thing other than Cyan (or whatever they are called now).  Finally someone 
finally thought to ask us if that filter was on.  We did not even know the 
filter existed.
