When I asked FS about this, they said they would not recommend it in a conduit
underground that would likely fill up with water, as the jacket might not hold
up over time.

So, we are going with a full outdoor cable from them

Got part of an FS order (stupid customs issue...) in recently with some 24ST
pre-terminated cables in it. Other then both ends being fanout instead of
staggered to fanout, I was surprised to see that the cable seems rather solid.
I think they have since updated the image of the cable in the link you sent.
The way it used to look is in one of the images lower on the page. Feels like
the jacket on Shireen Cat6 cable. I have a limited quantity as some of it is
still stuck in customs so I'm not doing destructive testing on it but I'd pull
it through underground conduit between buildings or on a shorter run.

We have about 550 feet to distribute to 40 unit MDU situation. Thinking of
using 2 of these in 24 count to save me some termination work. The main
question is, if we pull this in conduit, would the cable hold up long term?
Obviously, we seal the conduit, but if/when water got into the conduit, would
the cable jacket hold up over time?

?
