We're looking hard at moving away from our current hosted IMAP provider to Rackspace. I recall Sterling having quite the heated opinion about them last year, but wanted to gauge the current consensus from those who use them for hosted IMAP, Exchange, what have you. Their reseller is competitive with what we're currently paying, but it's a big trigger to pull and you all know as well as I do how ISP email has such a terrible headache-to-value ratio.
