I find that a lot of people keep asking for solutions to fill in voids in their current "system" for some definition of system. They don't want a full-featured billing\OSS because they already have some aspect of the system or don't want to pay. How much time, effort and money is spent avoiding getting a solution that solves all of one's existing problems as well as some problems they didn't even know they had?

They can build a template to pre-send when a work order is created and they can also sign the tech's phone or tablet so you have a digital signature upon work order completion. They can also set a welcome letter to be emailed that can include the contract once the work order is complete. Do you have paper copies that are signed during the install or do you send something electronically before the install to have signed? If you're electronic, what service do you use for this to have customers sign? Thank you -- Darin StefflMinnesota WiFiwww.mnwifi.com507-634-WiFi Like us on Facebook
