We have been demoing SmartRG's device manager. We do both xDSL and fixed
wireless, SmartRG has a nice xDSL modem/router we've been using for
awhile. They have an ethernet model that could work with fixed wireless,
fiber, etc. http://www.smartrg.com/hardware

Their Device Manager is a TR-069 platform, designed to work with SmartRG
products but you can incorporate other products that support TR-069 with
some (a lot of)work. I'm sure they would be happy to integrate other
products - for a price. http://www.smartrg.com/device-manager

So far seems to be a pretty simple/solid platform for managing customer
devices, changing Wi-Fi SSID/passwords, etc and basic troubleshooting
inside the network. It has a basic customer portal so that customers can
login and self-help.

Functional, but not the "wow factor" I was hoping for when trying to figure
out our next generation managed platform. Would really love to see
Ubiquiti do an MSP version of AmpliFi - would jump all over that. All.
Over. That.
