Or you can use Hot Spot Network Manager, much more of a “application” than
userman, but userman can work

Subject: [AFMUG] Mikrotik User Manager and Paypal Interaction

I am attempting to setup a hotspot system utilizing Mikrotik Usermanager. So
far I can get the system to work if it is the case that I set the payment to
0.00 (thus passing pay pal), for I receive an email with the username and
password that I have signed up with, and the appropriate credit is applied to
that username. However, if I submit payment through paypal, the payment does in
fact go through, but when I try to log into the hotspot with my new username
and password, the error I receive is "user not found". I suspect that my
Mikrotik is not receiving a reply from Paypal and because of that the status of
the username that I sign up with is "waiting". I have also created a self
assigned certificate and tried using a certificate from paypal. Does anyone
have any suggestions?

Thanks,
