They are short UBNT. They could look up UBNT's new address but that doesn't help their case so why would they. They shorted UBNT based on the theory that it couldn't work unless it was run by a "real CEO" and management team, I.e people from their club. They got hit hard in the recent run up in share price and are throwing all the mud they can find at the wall in the hopes that some of it might stick. This isn't a research report by a disinterested third party.
