A friend of mine's mother-in-law lives there and they have been hearing power could be out for months in some areas - depending on the condition of power generation facilities. I'm sure Gino could give a better idea when he's not busy, which might be a while.
I was just looking at some footage of the Malecon in Esperanza, Vieques - it looks devastated. Very sad, such a beautiful place.
