Now with Sonar, they don't support Hot-Spots. I'm told to call Brightwifi but my techs have talked to them several times and they keep getting told that other calls are coming in or someone is walking into a meeting within a minute or two and they never call back Nothing personal but there is no way I'm deploying Bright WiFi if that's how bad their customer service/presale support is and apparently they don't need new customers. It's good to be busy, it's bad to diss companies that are trying to give you business. So, we are ready to ditch Wispmon, have no interest in deploying Sonar since it doesn't have the features we need, and find something that can use Mikrotik devices since we have so many egress points. We already wrote one in house we deployed for MDU units so I'll upgrade it if there isn't a better product available. However, if there is something else out there that can do WISP and Hot-Spots, I'd be very interested in looking at it immediately.
