You're right Adair. Still hasn't changed. The official UBNT answer is to zip tie the cable just below the jack super tight (it will need to be a smaller zip tie). You can use dielectric grease, too.
What I do is a 180* bend and zip tie it solid. It's worked for 12 months including these -10* few weeks.
