I could be wrong, but I think those are the UBNT jumpers (they do sell them separately from their antennas), and they appear to be SMA to N... as I recall, most N connectors won't work at 11ghz, so you do need to have the proper jumpers. I would think weather proofing options would be the same as any other antenna cables.
