I was told that the industry standard for installing Access Points in a warehouse is on the ceilings. Having attended many classes, webinars and presentations I have never heard of a Wi-Fi AP industry standard Installation for warehouses. Most presenters and trainers recommend an actual RF survey to create a heat map to determine where to install then and how many APs will be needed. If someone has documentation please point me to it.
