Your best bet is probably going to be to try getting a quantity discount from Baicells... I'm not sure if they're doing that or not, but if you have that many ready to go, it's worth a shot.
Last I checked, there didn't seem to be a lot of options for 3.65ghz LTE cpe with decent antenna gain... I'm not sure what else is even out there, other than Telrad. The problem with getting anything directly from China, is that it probably won't be FCC certified.
