Note that some Mikrotik USB ports only run at USB2.0 speed (480mbit) while many UPSes only run at USB1.0 speeds (12 / 1.5mbit). I saw this issue while trying to connect a Back-UPS 350 to a RB951. IIRC inserting a USB2.0 hub between them will fix it.
