The sites I visited were in 3rd world condition doors nailed shut, exposed electricial tower wiring on tower, none the less, cable plant debris strewn about overgrown lots and a rusty rotted guy at ground level. I gave up on what they had to offer after a few proposed site visits. All the sites had no one on them, as well, which shoud have been a clue when I did a drive by
