Singularity is an integrator. Sort of like how Ipifony operates for phones. 
They'll set you up with content providers, head end equipment, and so on. You'd 
end up paying bills to several people. Singularity provides a software system 
that ties it all together for provisioning customers and set top boxes. 


Basically you have a very high amount of freedom to design your own TV 
packages, and they enabled the highest profit margin of any of the people I've 
talked to. Setup cost is six figures. Definitely a contender if you have the 
initial cash and the customer base to ensure a return.
