[AFMUG] Dual Pol Feed Horn

I'm looking for a replacement of this type of 5GHz feed horn.  I had 
some water ingress and the inside looks corroded.
Since this is the only part that is bad, i'd like to buy just this 
piece.  Need 2 or 3 if possible.
I believe this is from a Laird/PacWireless brand dish.  Google has 
failed me once again, I can't find any in-stock or that don't cost more 
than a new dish.
