Africa's Public Broadcast Foundation (APBF) is hosting an
innovativescriptwriting workshop for African broadcast journalists and
filmmakers from October 23 to 26, led by Hollywood professionals Linda Seger
and Carolyn Miller.
The workshop, designed for writers at master class level, will explore the
latest narrative trends and state-of-the art technological techniques. Seger
and Miller's exciting methodology for successful screenwriting will also be
discussed.

The workshop will include simple techniques for honing story telling skills,
and finding narrative and image styles that appeal to both pan-African and
international audiences.The seminar is designed primarily for writers, but
will also accommodate other participants in the television and film
industry, including producers, directors, editors, executive producers,
commissioning editors, technicians and cinematographers.
