I took a look a the links and opened randomly several of them among which:

   - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Sheila_Okai
   - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Flore_Enyegue
   - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Basilea_Amoa-Tetteh

In my humble opinion, I do not see any substantive reason to delete them.
Of course they are merely stubs, but stubs with a least one reference. What
do you suggest? Adding additional references and moving them back to the
main space?

I am afraid the bot will do the same bulk deletion.
