Hello everyone and thanks for your efforts in bringing this project to
life. I just endorsed it.

The Accra training is just some weeks away unfortunately. I would have
loved to attend it. Wikimedia Cote d'Ivoire is working closely with a bunch
of coders, living in Abidjan but also in other French-speaking regions in
Africa such as Senegal, Burkina, etc. This project could serve as a bridge
helping these developers embark on the wikimedia endeavour.

Looking forward to organizing a similar training here.
