that project is going on. I didn't knew of this new activity you pointed
to:  https://meta.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/WikiGap/Mozambique   I'll get in
touch with him, as I seem to recall what was missing last time was someone
speaking Portuguese able to speak about Wikimedia. If that is
possible/useful, I can try to help with that from here (remotely).
