Dear all,
I am a graduate student at Harvard University in Cambridge,
Massachusetts with a growing interest in Angola. I would very much
like to locate a Kimbundu or Umbundu teacher (or a speaker with an
interest in teaching) in the Massachusetts area. A group of local
scholars is interested in studying one of these languages through
Harvard's African languages program. The teacher position is paid and
schedule is highly flexible. Could anyone on this list recommend a
teacher?
In the meantime, if anyone can recommend materials or programs for
studying Kimbundu or Umbundu, this would be greatly appreciated. (The
materials can be in English, Portuguese, or French.) Thank you!
