FYI, this request for a Tigrinya translator was seen on H-Swahili. It would be

Greetings. I work here at the New York State Council on the Arts, and I am
seeking a translator who is a US resident and is fluent in both English and
Tigrinya, to work with us on a short poetry translation project. I found your
email address on the Yale website and I wonder if you could recommend anyone
for me to contact?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,
