Les réseaux communautaires (RC) constituent une approche globale de l'inclusion numérique. Ce sont des réseaux dirigés par les citoyens qui sont déployés, exploités et maintenus par les communautés d'une manière qui s'aligne sur leurs besoins et priorités locales. Cependant, le déploiement de ces réseaux numériques est rare dans la partie francophone de l'Afrique malgré le manque d'accessibilité. Cette édition examinera comment l'utilisation des réseaux communautaires pourrait contribuer à réduire les inégalités. Community Networks (CNs) are a holistic approach to digital inclusion. They are citizen-driven networks that are deployed, operated, and maintained by communities in a way that aligns with their local needs and priorities. However, the deployment of CNs is scarce in the francophone part of Africa despite the lack of accessibility. This edition will look at how the use of CNs could contribute in reducing the equality gaps.
